Tradesmen Guru, a platform developed by Mindful Coding Solutions, LLC, provides tools and services that connect Service Providers (such as plumbers, electricians, and contractors) with Customers seeking repair, maintenance, or improvement work.
Features of the Platform include, but are not limited to:

  • Job and project management tools
  • Communication and scheduling features
  • Integration with third-party services
  • Access to resources, marketing materials, and digital forms

All content and data are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice or a binding agreement until confirmed in writing or through an executed contract.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, images, videos, software code, design elements, and trademarks—is the property of Mindful Coding Solutions, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any material from this Platform without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information when registering or communicating
  • Attempt to interfere with or damage the Platform’s functionality, security, or performance
  • Use the Platform to promote or solicit unlawful or competing services
  • Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its codebase
  • Share confidential user or company data without authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Job Agreements

Access to certain features or tools may require a paid subscription or service agreement.
All pricing, terms, and renewal conditions will be clearly presented before payment.

Job requests, estimates, and project details shared on the Platform are non-binding until accepted and confirmed by both parties. Tradesmen Guru is not a party to contracts formed between Service Providers and Customers and is not liable for any disputes, damages, or outcomes resulting from those agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Coding Solutions, LLC and Tradesmen Guru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use—or inability to use—the Platform, services, or content.
This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or service interruption.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

All services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information on the Platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may modify or discontinue functionality at any time.

8. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party tools, APIs, or websites (e.g., payment processors, ServiceChannel, WaveApps). These are provided for your convenience.
Tradesmen Guru does not control or endorse these third-party services and assumes no responsibility for their content, data handling, or policies. Use of any external service is at your own risk and subject to that provider’s terms.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data and communications are collected, used, and stored.

By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account or the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or compromise the integrity of our systems.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete associated data as permitted by law.
