c. Audio Recording & Speech-to-Text
If you enable voice input to create or complete jobs, the App may temporarily access your device’s microphone to capture audio.
- Purpose: The audio is used only to generate or update work orders through speech-to-text processing.
- Retention: The raw audio is not stored or shared after transcription unless explicitly saved by you.
- Access: Audio data is processed by an integrated speech-to-text engine (such as the device OS or a third-party speech API) solely for this function.
d. Location Information
If permitted, the App may use your device’s location to log job sites or work shifts. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
e. Log Data & Analytics
We may collect anonymized technical data such as device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and usage metrics to improve performance and reliability.
